Second time visiting and had fun in the escape rooms. Unfortunately a member of staff did not turn up so we waited until 1230 for the manager to open up. (Our booking was for 12pm which was a little frustrating). The manager was great and very apologetic as it definitely wasn't his fault but sadly things didn't get that much better when one of the rooms kept malfunctioning. This mean t the immersion experience was somewhat reduced. Maybe we just picked a bad day. Will try again
