We escaped the Vampire Slayer! A great room and a first time doing any escape room for most of us! We booked for a mini surprise hen party and had an incredible time (our other half of the group completed kidnapped) ! Matt was a great host and we’ll all defiantly be back! Would recommend to all ⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Escape Reading along with my work colleagues, and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, I was greeted by the confident and friendly host, Zaki, who truly made our visit memorable. Zaki's confidence was evident in the way he conducted himself and interacted with customers. He exuded a sense of assurance and expertise, which immediately put me at ease and heightened my excitement for the escape room experience. His knowledge about the various rooms and challenges was impressive, and he provided excellent guidance and recommendations based on my preferences. He took the time to explain the rules and objectives of the escape room, making sure we were well-prepared before embarking on our adventure. Overall, my visit to Escape Reading was exceptional, thanks in large part to the outstanding customer service provided by Zaki. I highly recommend this escape room venue to anyone seeking a thrilling and well-guided adventure. We did the Age of Magic room and it was one of the best escape rooms we’ve ever done! The design of the room is brilliant and the puzzles are non-linear and just difficult enough. Highly recommend, but oils definitely do another one of their rooms.

Very fun room, varied decor and puzzles, we had a group of 4 and it kept us busy and everyone had something to contribute. I see some rooms reference the room being tired or needing revamping. Whilst some aspects perhaps aren’t as fresh or modern as rooms that have recently been made, there’s nothing that detracts from the experience and arguable, some aspects are very unexpected and are particularly impressive. Chatting with our host Georgia afterwards, it was interesting to learn that the game can be adapted as people play it, with certain aspects and puzzles being adapted if a group are going particularly fast or slow. We were quite happy to learn we ended up with all the harder extras and only needed one hint, which was almost embarrassing that we’d missed it. Very fun room, we all enjoyed it and have recommended it to other friends that enjoy escape rooms too.
