Amazing experience, food was top notch. Service from staff was great, the manager I'm sure she said her name was Cassie, apologies if it's wrong but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the better lounges I've been in. Keep up the good work.

We went to the Escape Lounge at East Midlands Airport. We were very happy with the food, staff and service. It wasn't a luxury experience, but it was nice and comfortable and started our holiday off nicely. We were there from 5am - 7.15am, so had breakfast. The offering was basic, but ample for us with a selection of sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, tomato, hash browns, mushrooms. all were hot and replenished regularly. Hot drinks were from a machine and unlimited. Don't know about the alcoholic drinks as it was a bit too early in the morning for us! Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly and the staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions. I would use the Escape Lounge at East Midlands again quite happily.

A group of 7 of us enjoyed an early morning stay in the escape lounge East Midlands on 3rd April , Staff were very helpful, attentive and good at their job, I made a note of 3 names, forgive my spelling, Audrey Derme, and Sadie were all very nice, sorry if I did not collect your name, all staff were excellent, and we have all said we will book again, and pass on to friends and family
