One of the best escape rooms - Went to escape canterbury as my first escape room and it did not disappoint, such a good range of rooms, all different themes, the first one we did was jail break which I would highly recommend, we have since tried the butcher which was also so good, staff are always friendly, and the rooms have the right amount of difficulty so they aren’t boring but aren’t too hard! Would recommend it to anyone and will be back to do more

We had a party of 5 doing the jail break room 2 escape room for my partners 28th birthday. The experience was fantastic, very friendly staff and very helpful. Only issue we faced was the lack of parking! They only have 3 spaces out front!

Had a disappointing time at Escape Room Kent. We had been to the one in Faversham and thought it was great so booked a room in Canterbury for my birthday. The welcome and explanation of the room wasn’t as good as Faversham but fine. Our main issue was that one vital part of the escape was missing from our room! We spent over 10 minutes looking for something that wasn’t in the room but should have been. Someone then just walked in and said ‘oh, do you not have this?’ With no real apology or explanation. Our ‘escape’ was just a real let down after that and we weren’t told how long it took us or the leaderboard (as we were in Faversham) I’ve emailed twice about this and just got zero response! Really bad customer service and such a shame because we were looking forward to it so much and it’s quite expensive for something that just didn’t work.
