I had a brilliant time here yesterday with my boyfriend. We were treated with patience and I’d booked the birthday package- meaning we got a whole cake and a cocktail. I have to give a big shoutout to our Games Master Dan who genuinely seemed like he was having a good time along with us, was kind and funny the whole time! Thanks Dan, thanks team!

Staff were super rude and very rushed. The bald chubby worker as soon as we came in spoke to us disrespectfully and lacked any customers service. The other staff members were lovely but unfortunately the man put us off so much I wouldn’t be back here.
