Great shop. Good advice, sourced the bike I wanted at a competitive price. I’m a small , experienced female cyclist and have had very mixed advice from other bike shops. I was in a bit of an urgent situation with an incorrect (my fault) BB ordered from another store so upon finding what I thought was the correct one in stock at Escape I called and spoke to Ian who was extremely helpful putting me through to a mechanic who was equally helpful checking my specs. They also were able to sort out a speedy Special delivery from RM which meant I could take my new bike on holiday. Thanks!!
