She helped accommodate an awkward working schedule and even went above and beyond several times to answer questions outside of her working hours. Zhiqi was truly exemplary, having strong knowledge/expertise about the property and area I viewed, and most importantly had genuine integrity and came across as very trustworthy, which was key for me as a first time buyer. From what I could tell, I felt this was reflected by her ability to quickly find the best solution for myself and the vendor, and helping us progress in a highly efficient manner. Thank you,
