I choose this hire company over the other local firm based on their cheery customer service on the phone (first impressions do count) Although I'd given dimensions of the side access over the phone, I hadn't mentioned my gate was side on, not face on to the road. This meant the digger didn't have the turn circle needed, Brett was super helpful, he took time to measure the other access and then suggested taking out the fence panel and gravel board. (That worked) Brett took time to show me all the controls and answer questions I had about the machine. I needed the digger for longer than I had originally planned, again this wasn't any problem at all. I will be finishing my garden in the spring, and I will definitely be calling Ermin for the tools needed to complete the job. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for a very great experience.

Really can't thank you guys enough, After being let down I decided I would have a go at digging my own garden pond - having never hired a digger before I called my local Ermin depot and after explaining my requirements they quickly and confidently advised the digger required. Everything was made so simple from booking to the delivery where the driver was very patient when giving me a full demonstration. Thanks Ermin team I will be back.
