horrible experience to the point the lady made me cry. then she had no compassion towards me And showed zero empathy to me even though I was the paying customer. The owner then failed to recognise or not acknowledge that I had special-needs and gave zero help to me while I was having a breakdown in the changing room all I know horrible experience could give zero if I could, just hope others girls experience is better.

What an absolutely awful experience for my daughter. Her first ever prom dress fitting and has to deal with a very cold and unkind owner!!!! Someone who has no empathy for teenagers with confidence issues ( most 16yr olds ) she had no interest in helping us and when trying to purchase a dress £400+ I really feel they should help to pick dresses out and not make us feel like we are time wasting. Like the old film pretty woman BIG MISTAKE!!! HUGE MISTAKE. Judging us on how we walked in ( dressed and came straight from work) is very deceiving. But I wouldn’t give this lady any money ever

Rachel was fantastic. Appointment arranged quickly, even squeezed us in late. Very very helpful. A lot of beautiful dresses, unfortunately my liked the ones not in her size and with short notice re Covid etc they couldn't be ordered in. But Rachel was lovely, not pushy. All in all good first experience for my daughter. Well worth a visit
