Lovely staff and great physio. Chris was very knowledgeable, explained himself well, and honest about treatment, for example recognising that foam rolling isn’t a one stop cure but gives you a window of opportunity for deeper stretching etc. The only thing holding it back from a 5 star review for me is both the treatment time and price - 30 mins for ongoing sessions is not enough, especially for £80 a pop.

I received excellent care here from Vanessa, a detailed diagnosis, explanation of the treatment process, a manageable number of exercises and explanations of how these would help resolve my issue. No complaints whatsoever, I would definitely come back here and recommend it to others. For others benefit/info, the issue I came in with was a "Runners Knee" type issue.

One of the few places I've been for physio that also have a well equipped gym so you can really try out all the exercises for rehabilitation. One of the best physio clinic’s I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a few). The overall level of service is remarkable - Monika from the reception is incredibly professional, friendly and communicative. Everything is well organised. I’ve been under the care of Paul for a few months now and his knowledge, attention to detail and skills are all top tier. And, for context, my case is quite rare (neural tumour post-operative rehabilitation). Overall - a brilliant place with brilliant people. Highly recommended.
