We contacted Erdington glass and glazing to replace our old double glazed windows and porch door. They were quick to contact us and quote us for the work needed. The quote was competitive and they were knowledgeable about what we needed. There was no sales pressure and they explained the costs clearly, even offering cheaper alternatives if we wanted them. We were kept up to date with lead times and they gave us plenty of notice of start dates for work, Once they arrived at our house they explained which windows would be done first and ensured that our carpets and furniture were protected from any dust. They were extremely professional and completed all of the work quickly and with very little mess. Our porch glass was shattered over the Christmas break. When i contacted Erdington Glass Darren was very responsive and clear about time scales, came to measure, ordered replacement and fitted in good time. He could sense that I was a bit of an anxious customer having had some tradespeople let me down before and was really good at keeping in touch. Very reasonable, would highly recommend. not very professional at all. called up fir a quote and popped in chose the window that I needed and waited as I was told he would come to take measurements. waited a week then called in just incase he had forgotten. but he assured that he would pop over as soon as he could, but nothing! just wasted my time for no reason. I don't understand if he didn't want to do the job just say so, why make me wait around?? waste of time.
