I recently had my vehicle repaired by Erdington Accident & Repair Centre after an accident by myself. The only downside through no fault of theirs was the time it has taken to get the replacement door. To say I am pleased is an understatement my vehicle is now as good as new and I’m thrilled with an excellent first class job done. Julie on Reception has always been very friendly and helpful the many many times I have called for a progress on the door. I have also dealt with Mike and Steve and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. I would also like to say a “thank you” to all the staff behind the scenes I haven’t dealt with as they always seem to get forgotten.
