I wish I had seen these poor reviews before ordering. I ordered some riding gloves which were apparently in stock according their website. Two weeks later I am still waiting for them and despite repeated calls (no one ever picks up) and leaving messages, and emails, I haven’t heard back from anyone. They were for a birthday present and it doesn’t seem I will now have them to give to the person which is bitterly disappointing. I can’t even get my money back as I can’t get in touch with anyone! Be warned.

Ordered a dog collar on the 23rd April. Is now 10th May and no updates to my order. Left email - no response. Called today and was on hold for ages before I gave up. Unfortunately will have to agree with the other negative reviews. Luckily I ordered something relatively cheap so can chalk this up to experience. Avoid. Order #114043416276 Update - did recieve an email reply shortly after posting this review, informing me that my order will be dispatched this week. Have adjusted to three stars accordingly and will remove the negative review if and when I recieve my order. Nice to support small businesses but keeping customers updated is really important.
