Do not use this firm. Solicitor is rude and unaccommodating! Furthermore, in this day and age you would expect any service type of business to accept card facilities, but they were adamant they only accept cash. Make that of it what you will!

Do not use these solicitors. Solicitor would keep getting confused and doing the wrong thing but blaming me. They do not take your problems seriously and I was having to give him instructions on what to do. After repeatedly doing it wrong and rushing everything, he had the audacity to charge me extra money. He then said "my boss shouted at me and I shouted at you". Then he said take a sweet after ruining my mood completely. They are not professional in the slightest. I don't know how they still have a business as they are incompetent. They need huge customer service improvement.
