A SCAM! Had multiple phone calls / text messages over a 'debt' that I owed... I have not received any letters about any debt at all. When i contacted them They wanted me to confirm my home address which I did not do. They would not confirm who the debt was with. Around 5 voicemails saying someone was coming to my home to collect the debt. I blocked their number, they contacted me again received another voicemail about a debt with Nottingham Council...I have never even been to Nottingham. Do not engage with these scammers.

Horrible Bullies That's All They Are Rang An Advisor All Was OK With Him Explained Why I missed a payment due to less hours with work due to baby being in hospital and unwell so I got a letter through the door saying I needed to pay the outstanding balance or they will add £235 fee for bailiffs to come out to retrieve goods so I Explained what happend to the person who was dealing with my case and he was having none of it so I had no choice to pay so now am out of pocket no money until next month talk about him being so selfish horrible company and full or bullies!!!

Nothing but anxiety and stress from these they want £429 for a £60 parking fine said I would pay half this month and half next no that’s not an option so they are coming out to take goods, I’m anxious to sit in my own home with my 4year old daughter incase they come knocking take my goods for a £60 parking fine it’s absolutely crazy how they can come and do this no the wonder people’s mental health is increasing absolutely shocking a parking ticket though really!!!!
