First of all got there and sat on a green chair that was in the bedroom and the chair collapsed however nothing was stated about this. Next we tried to put the tv on but remote wasn’t working, even went and brought new batteries however it was the remote it self, tried calling the staff and said was going to check with the cleaner however then started ignoring our calls and didn’t call back. The floors were filthy my white socks turned BLACK and had to be thrown in the bin. The ‘sofa’ had no legs was just the top of it so was like sitting on the floor, but even worse under the cushions on the sofa was discusting with old cereal, receipts from ages ago, crumbs, bottle lids, ice lollie sticks etc… The light in the bedroom also didn’t work. door was hard to lock also took a few of us to try and get it locked. overall was very disappointing as the pictures on booking look lovely but it’s nothing like that. I also attached the pictures of how we left the apartment because even though they were aweful we still cleaned everything up better than we found it ( THIS IS APARTMENT 1)

I now live in this building. I bought an apartment. Best decision of my life so far. The flat is super, with all the latest mod cons. I didn't have to touch a thing when I moved in! My friends love my apartment and are thinking of buying in the same building too. Management is great. Never had any problems.

If you want lifts that constantly break down (good look to those on the 10th floor) and rubbish and bins bags left in the car park, hallways usually littered and the rear fire exit is always open inviting dodgy characters.most of the tenants are claiming benefits and do not look after the property, just the other week I saw dirty nappies in the hallway and vomit all over the floor. Property management is shocking. If you can tolerate the above then by all means these 'luxury' apartments are just for you. I did warn you,the choice is yours.

200+ apartment, only 2 lifts -Both lifts are out of order very often. Centrick - property management never be serious on this issue. It is ok if you don't mind to walk or live in ground floor.

Very bad management by Centrick. Lifts do not work mostly. Have to climb 10 floors every other day. Very very pathetic management by the agents named Centrick. Please do not move in here. Its a warning. Otherwise you will suffer. I wish i had known their behaviour before. Ask any tenant in the building. They’ll tell you how bad they are.
