I have been purchasing used gym equipment for a few years now from Equip4gyms. I have purchased quite a few pieces of machinery for my home gym and if possible they are my go to company. My purchases have all been used equipment from them and the quality for the price is unbelievably good. If I have any problems which is not very often they are sorted out straight away. Great communication and a great team of people willing to sort you out whatever your needs budget or problems. I can honestly say that in the future when I am ready to purchase from new they will be my only choice. Keep up the good work.

Been over 6months since I place my order. Still haven't received all the equipment I ordered and some of the stuff I've been sent isn't working and damaged. They said they would send someone out to carry out repairs but have not followed this up. I have chased them up on countless occasions and now I cant even get a response from them. They leave a generic response on the comments to make it look like they are trying to resolve the issue when in reality they have completely ignored me. Would not recommend, shoddy service to say the least.

Worst company to deal with. Still awaiting parts of the equipment which I’ve ordered and the ones which have arrived are damaged. Very poor customer service. avoid at all cost, especially as it’ll cost you thousands in losses dealing with this company, they don’t even deserve 1 star.

I’ve spent thousands with dom (the owner) and he failed to deliver all items, kept making up excuses and lies, kept saying he had covid since last year, then blames all his employees before accepting any responsibility himself, still haven’t recieved all my goods or a refund. Would never recommend this place to anybody not only that it will be reported!

Bunch of CON MEN!!! Once they have your money you'll never hear back from them. Keep away. Sold me faulty equipment and now they don't respond or answer the phone, Its been 6 months ive been chasing them. Reported to Trading Standards.
