Don't know why all the poor reviews. Recently had a repair done on my oled philips 65inch tv. The repair was done within 10 days and I was kept fully updated throughout regarding the parts. Service engineer was very friendly and even explained why the screen and main board had failed.cant fault them at all

Tv collected for repair. Next day called to say all fixed will be delivered. Wonderful!!! I asked what the issue was and was told "oh just needed FireWire set and updated" Strange as I had done that as part of Phillips tv repair suggestions! Got the tv back. Issue still there. Emailed to ask what the heck is going on. Was then told "Our engineer notes no issue found" So they actually sent a tv back not finding the issue instead of asking for clarification from me (despite having in depth information about the issue) they sent s tv back "repaired" after unable to find the repairable fault. Shocking! How Phillips can continue to use this company !

Over a month waiting for a tv repair. Two engineer visits and now a text saying as the fault is Intermittent they can’t repair my tv under a paid insurance plan. Sent recordings in of fault and still no help. Two whole days wasted waiting in for engineers too. The tv is unwatchable as keeps switching of every second ! Absolutely rubbish don't waste your time with then don't know what's going on with repair talk absolute bull to you can't even do a simple repair to my tv turned and the engineer was gormless totally incompetent if I could give no stars I would have cancelled repair as I don't trust them to fix it correctly Beawre totally rubbish company and poor service avoid at all cost

Repair tech arrived, promptly broke my FULLY WORKING at the time TV with a bootloop after a failed firmware flash! (Using outdated firmware). Then just left, with the TV sitting broken. 100% worst experience possible!
