I had my first appointment with Fran back in October 2022. I had been looking for a kinesiologist for a while but never felt a connection when researching until I found Frans page. I would highly recommend her to anyone with health issues that conventional medicine has not resolved. Her methods are highly effective. Working with Fran has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my overall health. Like most people, I’ve tried a few alternative therapies and the one I’ve seen the most success with is kinesiology. Fran is an excellent kinesiologist and I don’t know where I would be without her. Kinesiology works to examine the relationship between mind, body and spirit; which is based on the belief that body language doesn’t lie. And who better to help you on your healing journey than your own body. When I first started working with Fran one of the things she helped me to discover was that I was suffering with a condition affecting bacteria in the small intestine – the very same condition I was treated for, with broad-spectrum antibiotics, in 2020. It’s a condition which is common for reoccurring/ relapsing. With Fran’s help we worked to resolve the issue with an effective natural antibiotic. In the sessions since this, Fran has been supporting me with other health concerns, including anxiety, and she’s been helping me to navigate choices around food and most importantly, the supplements I take – something I’ve never been able to figure out on my own. I would highly recommend working with Fran.

Fran Harding is a brilliant kinesiologist. She is kind, professional, intuitive and very thorough. I have seen her many times in person, but have recently experienced her online session. I gave her a list of various complaints including upper back pain and lack of sleep. She worked on structural, nutritional, electrical, emotional and spiritual issues. With each correction I could feel a change in my energy. I finished the session feeling lighter, with no backpain and a greater optimism for my well-being.
