Dishonest! They owe me £40 for goods they didn't even dispatch, but won't pay up. This has been going on for over a year now. Reported to Trading Standards. I have been in touch with DPD, who say they did not have a delivery scheduled to my address for that date.

I use Cottage Foods at least twice a month and I have been a customer since 2018. They are the only place I can get decent vegan sausages in bulk. I use their online system and get next day delivery.
