Unfortunately we were let down again by Equan. We have no window sills put on downstairs, our wooden gate has not been secured, there's still stuff to do around doors. All was promised to be done this week. Well let down. Thank you for reacting quickly to my complaint. I did not intend to rubbish Equan in any way, Sam & Gail are very accessable to any problems, a credit to you. Thank you.
