You wouldn't find better Pilates teachers anywhere than this team at EQ. Have been going since 2004 and these ladies have managed to keep me going when consultants were wondering how I could still walk unaided. They liaise with my physio to ensure that all the exercises I do fit with my needs and capabilities. Would highly recommend EQ studios to anyone.
