Be very careful. I've been using 1link since it's inception. When you sign up to 1link, it is a rolling auto-renew contract. If you want to leave you have to give 12 months notice before your anniversary. So say it's Jan and your contract is due for renewal in Dec, you are tied into 23 months, and they will want an early redeption fee. The portal is outdated and most of the labour times aren't listed.

Do not deal with this company at all costs. Unfortunately we inherited the nightmare when taking over a company. The 1 link platform is old and outdated, labour times are mostly wrong and authorisation for jobs get rejected by people who know nothing about the job. The contract states that a direct debit must be active at all times, the reason for this is so that they can take what ever they like from your bank account. The sales tactics are very dirty and before you know it with no mention of fees you will be signed up for something you don’t want. The best part is they charge you a fee to call you which happens more than it should (obviously). Unfortunately the cancellation period is 12 months as written in the contract that I’ve never seen. Any way you’ve been warned stay well clear. 😀
