I am officially classed as a nervous patient and have walked out of my last 2 appointments. I can say this was the best experience I have ever had a dentist. The injections were painless and they genuinely cared about making you comfortable. Zeinab even gave me an enhanced treatment for free. Connie was tentative and a great Nurse. I have said to dentists before "ill be back." Knowing full well I will never return! This time I will! Excellent experience all round

Zeinab and Rhianna have both been absolutely amazing, I am a nervous patient with a number of problems but Zeinab has set me out a clear treatment plan to get me sorted. Zeinab explains absolutely everything clearly, what she needs to do and why. They are both extremely kind and patient and non judgmental and will put you at ease from the get go. Everyone I have met at the surgery has been lovely, and everything from start to finish has been easy. Would highly recommend.

I’ve recently had treatments with Irfan Ajmal and Rihanna and I cannot recommend them enough. I was extremely nervous and fearful before my first visit and they both were so calm and reassuring that I need not have worried. The transformation after having composite bonding along with a couple of fillings has been incredible and I’m no longer self conscious about smiling! I’m returning for further treatment but I won’t be at all scared from now on.

As a very nervous patient Epsom Smiles is a lovely practice to go to. All the staff are consistent in their approach and knowledgeable in what they do. Rhianna has been my nurse for 80% of my appointments, she is so caring, completely non judgemental and has a lovely manner. Zeinab is a new dentist for me and she too is very consistent, fiercely honest yet understanding at the same time. My only query is there seems to be a high dentist turnover, I have seen 3 dentists over the time I have been there. Zeinab is the most thorough however and gives lots of information.
