Edit: For a laugh, please see the the response they managed to write 5 years after the purchase .... The laptop was not physically damaged and they offered me nothing. The end. *** I went to buy a laptop here randomly, more than a month ago, they sold me a laptop that started with a faulty screen for 750 gbp. After returning to the shop (where they recognized me straight away, and remembered my purchase) and explaining the issues, the 'kind' gentlemen to me I was unable to get it fixed (the laptop had warranty on it for repairs with the receipt that I HAD TO ASK FOR when they mentioned warranty). So at the end I left the shop being unable to use my warranty as I lost the piece of paper that they would have forgot to give to me on the first place and they did not email it to me . Very disappointed about incredibly unprofessional customer service and poor attitude I have experienced and also ended up with an overpriced laptop which is flashing about and takes ages to switch on. The guys were only kind until we left a lot of money for something that did not even worth it's price and it is faulty.

The old man is a massive scammer, charged me £ 20 for just the cable (AC power cord) whereas the shop right next to them sold the same cable for £ 7 I didn’t have the time to argue but yeah… these people think they are very smart.

What an amazing Store. For years i walked by, ordered a case that was 2cm too small for RTX 4080, so i ordered one from Epsilon. Picked it up within the hour. Absolutley amazing customer service, extreamly knowledgable and i will definetly be visiting again.
