  Both of my sons went to 11+ tuition with Mr Kapadia (EPS Tutorial Services) more than 10 years apart, and both received excellent support and useful tips. Nice to hear from both that lessons were always constructive and fun! Well worth the price - not much more needs to be said..!!

  Can't recommend this place enough. My daughter went here for over a year, to be completely honest she struggled at first with the style of teaching but slowly adapted to the structured learning. She says herself that the discipline has helped her massively....her confidence has grown in so many ways. The mock tests were a great hit and a great way to help children with coping under exam conditions. The homework set each week also assisted my daughter with her learning and understanding the importance of doing homework. We travelled from walsall as heard lots of good things about this centre. My daughter passed both exams, the teachers really helped my daughter. Thanks you to Mr and Mrs Kapadi and the team.

  EPS are by far the most exceptional and genuine tuition centre in Birmingham. Mr & Mrs Kapadi are in a league of their own! They are simply sensational and extremely experienced driven purely by a passion for children to succeed. All four of our children have attained King Edward Grammar school places and we have been using EPS for over a decade! There are so many EPS students that have literally filled the grammar schools. If there was a league for tutors these guys would be in the champions league consistently winning the most accolades. We travelled from Moseley over the years as our local tuition centres were ok but did not have anywhere near the same experience and focus. Our experience has been simply outstanding to date. This year my child achieved a score significantly over the priority score for the GL Birmingham test and the CEM Walsall grammar test. I believe it’s important parents also devise a balanced programme at home in addition to any external tuition and purely focus on the areas EPS recommend - we found that this ensured our children didnt consume valuable time and effort on unnecessary areas. A child’s willingness to learn and attitude is of paramount importance and parents must inculcate this. EPS are very frank and honest in their feedback which provides the basis for your child to develop. No tuition centre can magically instil all the traits required as a preamble to succeed on the 11 plus exam - hence you have to work with EPS as a team to succeed otherwise your chances to attain a grammar school place will be an uphill battle. We have learnt to put our complete trust in the whole EPS programme including the mock exams which are realistic and effective - unlike other ones we tried that were purposefully engineered to be too hard - detailed feedback was only provided if you pay an additional amount leading to unnecessarily cross selling of other material and programmes. Thankfully EPS were completely different and weren’t money orientated like many other outfits. If you want a no-nonsense straightforward and focused program with the most experience in Birmingham then I have no hesitation in recommending EPS. We have recommended many family and friends and the overwhelming majority have successfully attained their 1st choice grammar school place. Thank you Mr & Mr Kapadi, Faiyaz, Mumtaz, Gutsy, Dr Karen and the whole team at EPS

  Our daughter went to EPS for her 11+ The teachers are amazing and truly helped her! She passed both Walsall & Birmingham grammar tests thanks to the EPS team We can’t recommend them enough!

  My son has been coming here since year 4 after being told by a one 2 one tutor that he is incapable. Mr and Mrs Kapadia’s style of teaching and support helped him pass his 11+. I would personally like to thank Mr Kapadia for taking extra time out to go through questions that myself nor my husband could answer. Thank you so much EPS!

  My rating is based on the 11plus mock exam my child attended which was organised my EPS tutorial. The feedback we received after the exam was extremely poor. We were told we would get a ‘ranking’ against other children, however we received a very basic one-page result with nothing more than a percentage for my child, an average and a highest/ lowest score. There was no in depth information about my child’s performance at all and we learned nothing from the experience. Thankfully we had previously attended another mock organised by a different company, who sent us over 50 pages of important information. Rankings, types of questions they failed on, whether the questions were wrong or unanswered. The type of questions they failed on such as punctuation or inference. How many other boys and girls failed certain questions etc. very informative and helpful. Considering the price of their mock exam, I had expected more than just simply a percentage result. When I emailed them to confirm if I had received everything o was supposed to, my email was ignored. I do not recommend EPS tutorials 11 plus mock exams at all. There are much better companies out there who do this extremely well and for the same price.
