Have been working with Epping Industrial for quite a few years now. They are a GREAT supplier. We powdercoat a lot of aluminium with them on a very regular basis (from tine batched to larger orders). They are able to work to excellent time scales and always willing to help where they can. They really do jump through hoops and the quality of their work is very good. A real go getter attitude and nothing is too much effort for them. Highly recommend them.

Used Epping Industrial Coatings, to spray paint newly supplied plastisol profile sheet for a blue chip company we carried out work for recently. In the beginning, the company seemed professional and advised they could provide the service we required and would be able to deliver on the requested deadlines. Due to time constraints, we were obliged to make payments in advance to have the work done, big mistake. When part of the sheets was delivered back to us, it became apparent that the paint did not have sufficient time to dry, this caused problems with the sheets sticking together which then damaged the paint finish. As we had two separate deliveries of sheeting, Epping was informed immediately about this problem and requested to allow more drying time and to spray a thin layer of water/detergent to prevent the second delivery experiencing the same problem, this was not done and to make matters worse, the sheets had been visibly walked upon with dirty boots and some of the sheets were a different shade. Epping has been informed of our grievances and to date have not replied with a solution to rectify. Granted it is stupidity on our part to make advanced payments, however, according to their website they pride themselves on quality and we trusted this company to deliver. Do not trust this company, their service is very poor and after sales are shocking, a take your money and run cowboy outfit.
