A great, friendly club - first visits are by appointment only - Email them to set up a visit, you will be welcomed with open arms, this is a group of people who are passionate about their sport, and want to see new participants. As you would expect from an activity involving shooting and firearms, they are rightly strict on safety, but are also there to help and guide you - they are there to help you get the most out of the activities, not to catch you out.

Members are nice and trainers too. I have just visited two different gun/rifle clubs and the standard is very different - I would compare it to amateur and basic. It is led by volunteers and funds are lacking. If you can’t complete their probation demands and they say don’t worry. It is incorrect. They do not grant an extension on their probation period. So ensure you can visit every two weeks once or more and mingle. Parking is available, Small kitchen and toilets Club rifles available Bring safety glasses with you and your own ear muffs In colder months make sure you bring a coat even indoors it is cold. You can not just turn up there unannounced as a first visit. You must make contact via webpage and undertake the probationary paper work and character references. Before undertaking the basic safety induction on a set visit and a deposit paid.
