Absolutely useless service. Took our item in on Wednesday to be engraved and picked up on Saturday. When we arrived to pick it up no work had been done. No explanation, completely unprofessional and charges way more than other places. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To reply to the owner's response below - it was a 7 inch Brass Bell that my husband brought in and left with you to be collected on Saturday to be ready for my father's birthday on Monday. Due to you not even contacting us to say you couldn't do the work we couldn't give him his present!

First class service. No hassle or problems. Had multiple trophies and shields that required engraving. I’d left it a bit late but the quick turn around wasn’t a problem. All the engraving looks amazing and was done at a sensible price. Highly recommend using their services, certainly the best engraving service I have used. I will be back.
