    Absolutely useless doctors. I don’t know where they got their qualifications but they missed 3 holes in my sons teeth. A month after a check up in this clinic went abroad where doctors fixed his teeth. Here they said everything looks great. Shocking

    Awful. Can't get an appointment. Last year I had booked in for a filling - it had taken the best part of a year to get that appointment. When I got there they said the receptionist had only booked me a 15 min appointment and they can't give me a filling. They put a temporary one in which came out a few days later. No follow up. Now my tooth is really painful. I have been trying to get an appointment. The phone rings out. Receptionist I just spoke to has a serious attitude problem and just put the phone down on me because I asked to speak to the practice manager. I would avoid at all costs.

    I would avoid they take £25 from you and say it’s a deposit for your next appointment cancel that appointment and apparently the money is not there as it was taken for previous treatment was supposedly getting a call back from management about this but no phone call I would give 0 star if I could scammers

    Refused to accept cash after treatment. Legal Tip: Businesses can refuse cash if you are purchasing an item and pay for it before you own it however, when paying for a service you have already received like this instance, legal tender in legal nomination amounts must be accepted for paying a debt, especially when you normally except cash. Please sort this out.

    As a healthcare worker you would think nothing to do with maintaining my health would phase me, however, I have an inherent fear of dentists. The service I have received at Epping Dental has always been good but today they excelled themselves. I had a check up last week and was advised to have a deep clean. Due to demand and capacity I had to book a few weeks in advance but requested a call if they received a last minute cancellation. Much to my surprise the reception staff remembered my request and called me this morning for an appointment this afternoon. As is my usual routine, the butterflies and anxiety levels began to rise an hour before the appointment. My heart rate was quickening and my skin was becoming sweaty and clammy. I built up enough courage to attend my appointment with a new dentist Dr Madhu Paramanathan and her Dental Nurse Isla. I needed to have local anaesthetic for the deep clean to happen. Although I prefer to be numbed, I generally cry throughout the injection process - more from an anxiety build up and a little from the pain of the injection itself. Dr Madhu is amazing. She has a fantastic injection technique. So much so she gave me nine injections and I can honestly say I did not feel a thing and much to my surprise I didn’t cry. She was patient and understanding and waited until I was numb before proceeding with the deep clean. To top off the experience Dental Nurse Isla had such skill with the suction. This was the first time in over 50 years where I didn’t feel like I was drowning from the drills water jet. She positioned the suction with such precision there was not one moment where I noticed water in my mouth and I did not need to wash my mouth out afterwards as she had managed to suction up all the plaque debris created during the deep clean. Today’s experience has had such a positive impact on me. Thank you seems such a simple thing to say but it is heartfelt and sent with generosity to the reception staff, Dr Madhu and Dental Nurse Isla.
