Really disappointing that recently this "trade only" business to business wholesaler has now opened up their own direct to consumer website - essentially taking business away from their incumbent e-retailers buying wholesale from them. On some lines now we just can't compete with this wholesaler/retailer due to their retail pricing in the marketplace. Granted in these times we have to diversify but pulling the rug from underneath your existing customers is disappointing.
