Bought a Kia picanto from Epic cars a couple of weeks ago. Rob( the owner) was really helpful. After driving the car I found a couple of minor problems. I rang Rob who sent a driver to pick the car up. Later that day my car was returned and is now running perfectly. I would recommend Epic Vehicles to anyone who is looking to buy a good second hand car.

Bought used Toyota Aygo from Epic Vehicle Sales a couple of weeks ago. Excellent customer service and all of the MOT advisories were sorted free of charge prior to delivery. Unfortunately, the alternator malfunctioned 24hrs after delivery. Rob sent his mechanic to it the next day (a Bank Holiday Monday) and the alternator was replaced, again free of charge. Rob was responsive to texts and phone calls and sorted out the issue quickly and reliably with no quibbles. Car is now running fine. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Bought a Freelander from Epic cars recently. Rob was really accommodating, being flexible with appointment times and very welcoming and helpful throughout. The car was good to go and we agreed a couple of extra jobs which I wanted doing to the car which Rob organised and did with no fuss at all. I’ll be looking Epic cars up when I’m ready to change cars again and highly recommend them from my own experience.

This was the 1st time i had ever purchased a car without test driving it, let alone not actually seeing it for real. I relied soley on the word of Rob Clarke with regard to the cars condition and mechanical state and he didnt let me down. I asked about an odd alloy and no parcel shelf to which i was promised they would be rectified - they were. The car was given a valet and a multipoint inspection prior to deliver, and came with a comprehensive 8 month insurance backed guarantee. I live 3.5hrs drive from Epic Vehicle Sales so i enquired about the cost for delivering the car, as i had a px vehicle that we had included in the deal. Rob arranged for a transporter to deliver my new car to my work place and collect my old car at a very competitive price. All in all Rob's line of customer care and satisfaction was second to none - and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Thanks Rob.

Service was fab but once it went in for a service a week later after purchasing was handed a long list of things that was very wrong with the car and warranty was a nightmare so ended up paying for all the repairs out of our own money just to get it up to scratch again, I definitely think for what I've paid fixing it up it wasn't worth the asking price, just my honest opinion. And to top it off we never received log book months down the line the green slip we was handed was invalid DVLA refused to accept it so now ive gotta pay more money for this blooming cars the log book that should be free!

Went to view a car paid a deposit of £50 was told I was going to get the car by 5 days and when I contacted the guy I was told there was something wrong with the car and he had to send a part off to be repaired. Again I had to chase up on what was happening and was told that a company had let him down for the repair to then be told 45 minutes later that he had found a spare part. By this time 11 days later still not heard anything no contact at all with any updates. So I went and found a car that will be ready by the following day. Contacted to let him know I was not interested as I had waited to long, to be told that my deposit was not being refund and that he could chase me for the money he had spent on the car which he isn’t going to but I did not ask him to do that, that was what was needed anyway. I do not recommend this place to get a car from and to look elsewhere.

We traveled by train to Sutton Parkway to pick up the car and they arranged a driver to pick us up, now that’s what I call going above and beyond for your customers. Car drives really well and as described in the advert. For the price paid we are very happy. Thoroughly recommend this company.
