Website states that next-day delivery and same-day dispatch are available up until 1pm, though they claim via email it is only 12pm; either way I ordered at 09:30 and they still failed to dispatch so I didn't get my item in time for an important military event. They proceeded to ignore my emails and then disconnected their phone line. Despicable company which I will ensure others become aware of.

Reasonable kit, however my latest order was an absolute SHAMBLE! I was sent defective STG pouches and because the site does have easy to read/ converted sizing charts I ordered the wrong size tunic which I cannot return because "its had items sewn on" (sewn on by Epic). Im absolutely gob smacked, I made a mistake, admittedly... But wow... My first ever order I ordered a 42inch jacket (the German size is 52) so seeing the tag on my tunic I needed to go a size up - size 54 (German) however the drop down box on the website isnt the German size... I ended up with a size 64 tunic.. which is absolutely useless to me and Im hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Will never buy from Epic EVER AGAIN!

I've purchased from Surplus stores all over the UK. Epic is the best. Their aftersales customer service is unmatched, if there's a problem, email them and they'll reply promptly, or call them. Items are also in good condition and their listings are honest, unlike some other surplus stores. I'd also like to thank Morgan for entertaining many of my requests in my orders, he's been very patient. Don't think you can find better customer support than these guys. They know how to run a business and it's evident in how they treat their customers.

Didn't receive my exchange and was given a refund instead. Helmet sizes aren't linear, one size will be too big and the size down too small - very confusing. Forced to pay for returning items - bad practice for any business that purports to be a reputable company.
