I booked my sons Birthday party with Epic Life and what an absolute amazing team. There were 10 happy boys after about two hours of prep and paddle boarding. Julie in Epic life managed to rebook us after the site was closed due to constant rain and water level. A big thank you to Julie and her colleague who both very professionally and patiently managed 10 boys in the river.

Had my 1st attempt at paddle boarding with Epic life at Tonbridge. Dare I say it but I'm a senior citizen and the instructor was very gentle and patient with me. Thoroughly enjoyed the session, able to stand up. Now enjoying paddle boarding around Kent.

Parked next to the slipway in the car park, so very convenient!! Really friendly and accommodating. Nice sturdy board so was able to the Medway loop without any dramas. Also helped us sort out a bit of admin with the waterways licence for another SUP we had. Highly recommended!!

Russ, from Epic Life, was unbelievable: clear and helpful, encouraging, sociable and overwhelmingly patient. We haven't stopped saying how glad we are that we learnt how to paddle - board.

An absolutely fantastic time with Epic Life at Tonbridge. Our guide Julie was friendly and professional from start to finish. I had already been on a paddleboard but this 2 hour Medway trip was far more interesting and increased my confidence. Julie knows exactly how to read her group and gently increased our skills on the water. Highly recommended if your thinking of giving it a go or taking it up as new hobby.
