I went there for lunch with my boyfriend on a Saturday. It was really busy but the food was still amazing and the staff was really friendly and smiling. Christopher (I think that was his name) take our order and he was really patient and friendly , smiling. Even if it was really busy he took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything to us as it was our first time there. He let us even try one of the sauces. I really appreciate it. Amazing staff and food too. Will definitely return.

If you want to eat fresh and know your food is prepared in a very clean place, eat here the food is so fresh, I tried eating at all the food places in Westfield and by far this is my best , very clean and fresh, well done EPIC we need more places like this around also very good value for money 👌

Food is always good, but the pitta bread is usually on the hard side. The staff are NOT helpful at all when taking orders. I asked if included drink, the member of staff replied which I could not understand. Asked again, by this time the the receipt with printed. No drink were offered either to push sales.

Food always has been Great. Unfortunately "Some" Staff customer service has gone bad, "some" staff have become "unhelpful" for some reason. I don't have there names as they don't wear "Name Badges". There are some lovely staff members that have always been lovely over there years, just the "odd few" ruining the customer service. as a "Loyal customer", its a shame the customer service has gone bad with some staff members,.not all are like this. Unfortunately I have given a 2 star due to poor customer service from "some" of the staff. Customer Service comes first. im not saying smile all the time, but simple customer request or communicate more with what customer wants, for example, asking which "Sauce" the customer would prefer. I will add more stars if the Customer Service improves.
