EpicCaterers were recommended to us by our wedding venue and they really exceeded expectations on every level. We had canapes served during our reception drinks which were fantastic along with mulled wine and cider (winter wedding). We opted for a standard beef roast dinner for our wedding breakfast and the quality of food was exceptional. The service was also phenomenal, with all tables served efficiently. I couldn't recommend them higher.

We both have been continuously blown away by Epic. Throughout our planning, no question or request as ever an issue and we felt at absolute ease. The staff on the day were so friendly and so helpful to us and all our guests. The food spoke for itself and words cannot do it justice- absolutely in-cred-ible! We are so so grateful for all their hard work, for helping to make our day run so smoothly and helping to give us the day we had dreamed of.

We were lucky enough to have Epic Caterers cater our wedding at Kingscote Barn last weekend and they were the best caterers we could have wished for! The food was incredible - particular shout-out to the scallop canapes and the ribeye steak, neither of which are easy to cook in bulk! and we got so many positive comments from our guests about it all. On top of that, though, Paula and her team did such an amazing job of managing the whole day, making sure everything flowed smoothly and happened on schedule, which meant we didn't have to worry about a thing and knew it was all under control so we could relax and enjoy our day. Everyone was so kind and really went above and beyond - from the waiter who brought us canapes while we were off taking photos, to keeping my shoes and phone safe behind the bar, to making sure I got some chips when I lost track of time and missed the evening food! We are so grateful to everyone who was part of our day and helped make it so perfect.

We hired Epic Caterers for our wedding at Kingscote Barn in October 2022. They were fabulous. The food was stunning, and the service was great too. Helen, kept the dinner service running smoothly and was also good fun too. We had lots of feedback from our guests at how much they enjoyed our food. The food was also presented beautifully and looked very impressive, which gave a wow factor to our three-course meal. Epic Caterers really are epic. We had so many comments from our guests about how amazing the food was – I think the scotch egg won the day, but it was a very close call between everything – and both the bride and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The portion sizes were brilliant, so generous, and that really set everyone up for a night on the dance floor. More than the food, though, it was an absolute pleasure working with the team – in particular, Carly. You made it so easy for us to really enjoy the build up to the day and then not worry about a thing on the day itself. Thank you for being such a huge factor in us having the best day of our lives. We will absolutely be recommending you to anyone we come across, looking for caterers. And we very much hope to use you guys again! Thank you, and thank you again!

Cleverchefs catered our wedding back in June 22 and the food was excellent, we received many compliments, and the communication was really good with them. Our only complaint was that the food we had at our tasting was a bit different to what we got on the day - mainly the starter which we came up with ourselves and were excited for everyone to share our creation, and one of the desserts was also quite different. What we did have on the day was great, we were just disappointed that it was quite different (eg potato gratin was used for both the starter and main, but we were expecting crisps on the starter). All in all we would definitely use them again, but maybe be sure to clarify exactly what the dishes should be.
