The most awful company I've ever dealt with in my life. Run away from them as far as you can. The have deactivated my shop's terminal for 4 weeks. Every single day I've been calling them. The only answer from them is your problem has been escalated and we are waiting for approval from the head office. Like its rocket engineering..

Avoid these con merchants hidden unrelated fees. They lie. Very difficult to get out of their contract. Apparently verbal request is not good enough. You have to fax or write a letter to them . 6 months to get out of the contract. They charge 50p per minute. People rarely top up at the counter . So hopefully this company goes bust soon ; )

Stay careful and away from these bunch of thieves. I recently started using their service and ask them to send me email invoices as they charge for paper bills and the amount of commission you receive selling phone top ups is not worth getting paper bills. Despite giving them clear instructions they still sent me paper bills and charged me. After calling them everyday they would still not listen and their customer service is so bad that they make you realise that you have made the biggest decision of your life for choosing their service. Only reason I chose their service because my card machine provider XLN only dealt with EPAY (Omegalogic). After calling them again and again when they were not ready to resolve the issue I decided to cancel my direct debit and asked them to cancel the contract. Even when the contract was cancelled, they started charging me direct debit fees and tried to take money from my bank account. Luckily my bank was able to reverse the payment to me. So I advise everyone to stay away from these thieves. The people I spoke to from Epay are:- Majid Hussain Saba Waheed Osama Afaaq.

Signed up with this company in 2014, lucky if we do one top up a week, but last year they took 966.00 out of my account, they are saying we have printed all of these top ups, but its just not true, the money they have been taking out has been debited to one of their employees, but I am not leaving it until they give me my money back.

I would have given zero stars if possible I've been a customer of this company for 15 years in a shop I own selling mobile phone top ups, We've realised we have been losing money by offering this service as they charge £15 plus vat per month for the machine rental Now they have said we must pay them 6 months rental to terminate the 15 year old contract So much for being a loyal customer Avoid at all costs
