This company does not care about their customers. I have been on the phone for the last 2 hours and they just terminated the call. I have been given an incorrect code to top up my pre paid meter on top of that because my card is in working order I have to deal with it and wait as there is nothing they can do. People are going to die of hypothermia and EON wont release their customers or look after them. 4 phone calls laters and today still nothing sorted!!!!!

Fake company who recruits people to lie to customers on the phone. I applied for warm house discount over the phone and I was told that the application was successful 3 months ago. I still haven't received the discount. Fall on hard times because I couldn't afford gas and electricity I was given a code to get free top up at the off licence turns out the code is fake . The company needs to be investigated because there isn't a proper customer service its a bunch of people sitting at home scaming people and tell lies its a open line for scammers and thieves. The police needs to investigate the company . As to email the people who reply to emails needs to be investigated its kids at school on a chat line in India ..
