I agree with other reviews as far as the quality goes , howeveri found the customer service and helpfulness lacking. I bought a " Crombie" jacket years ago from Merc of London. It is getting old so i wanted to replace it. I found it on E-Bay from Eon Clothing. My origonal jacket is a 44 so i ordered a 44. When i recieved the new one it was HUGE !. I don't know what the problem was unless it was mismarked.Anyway, when i tried to return it the shipping was very expensive, 93.00$ , it was only 13.00 to the U.S.. I E-Mailed Eon and asked for a shipping label. I was told " we don't pay for return shipping". I said , ok , i will pay it if it is less than 93.00 dollars , same response , no shipping label ,even if i pay for it. I contacted E-bay customer care, the girl i talked to was very nice and helpful but told me they could not help me because they said it was " buyers remorse". Actually i was NOT remoresful that i had bought the jacket , i was remoresful that it was not a consistant size 44 ! More like a 48 ! I will just keep my origonal " Crombie ". I love it. Just be very careful of shipping agreements. If you have to return anything to the U.K.

My experience of this company is all good. Recently purchased a Christmas jumper, which was very competitively priced. The fit is absolutely bang on and delivery was extremely quick, especially considering the very busy time of year. All good, and based on this experience I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
