It’s the booking system you didn’t know you needed. A simple solution for a complex issues, not because the system is basic, because effortless! Eola offers a platform to put you in control, instead of being controlled by an A4 paper diary (burn it!). To sum it up, you only believe in your product when you just offer it out for free (no strings!). No baffling pricing structure built on modules you’ll never need.

Eola is a simple to use, intuitive booking platform that is super easy to integrate into your website. Behind the scenes, it is easy add your activities, descriptions, customer communications, question packs etc and then add the dates and times that you want to run your activities. Instructors can be added and then assigned bookings and your schedule can be seen in a glance on the Eola calendar. Out front, customers are able to see the activity options and can see all available dates, times and details in one place. I love the ability to attach a waiver and question pack that our paddlers can complete prior to arrival. Up until now we used an additional paid service for online waivers. The team are incredibly responsive to suggestions and feedback and are working to make this wonderful system even more exceptional. I recommend Eola to everyone who asks, and sometimes to those who don't! Thank you to everyone at Eola. Your work is very much appreciated.

EOLA, in short; exactly the online booking system every seasonal, leisure and tourism based business needs. It's taken us 11 years or business to finally find 'the one'. Years of sending countless emails, listening to hundreds of voicemails, missing calls, making calls, employing staff to sit in front of computers for days on end, evening work calls when all you want to be doing is something way more fun!, staring at the printer printing waivers & booking forms and spending more time in front of your laptop than 'on session', 'out and about' or having a day off. We're a seasonal and somewhat weather dependant adventure activities business. We take around 3000 people on or in the water every year. THAT'S A LOT OF ADMIN! This being said, we were super apprehensive about taking the leap of faith to using an automated booking system. Our biggest concern being that we'd lose that immediate client interaction and that the features and system wouldn't be able to facilitate all of the finer details of our activities and business model. You can create, amend and schedule to your hearts content, upload all of your own branding, images and blurb so that your clients can still recognise it's you. You would need to come to terms with the fact that all of your client bookings will be coming through a 3rd party (EOLA) and therefore booking confirmation emails etc... won't be coming from your inbox or email address. Potentially something they could fix or work on? You can create online waivers and question packs that mean your clients have already done all the relevant admin before arriving, meaning less faff upon arrival and less printing! I've looked at loads of different booking systems over the last 2 years and one of the main reasons I decided to give EOLA a go was that the email I received was from one of the directors, not some automated sales pitch but a slightly more personal approach - exactly how we play it! After a really straight forward walk through by Callum online it seemed like a no brainer. Since using the system, clients have commented on how quick, easy and efficient the booking process now is and EVEN better than that my work load has decreased! Brilliant! They're super helpful, very quick to respond to emails and phone calls, (again another massive win over some of the competition who don't even have contact numbers) amend and develop the system to your needs and work on making the whole thing better suited to your business. Great guys and a great product, I look forward to updates!
