I do not usually write reviews but it would do Envy Windows a disservice not to do so. In November Envy fitted a bathroom and a toilet window prior to fitment of our new bathroom. We were so impressed with the service that we decided to have all our windows replaced, plus French doors and two composite doors. Colin (salesman) visited our home and was patient in explaining the various options. He was friendly and informative, and provided a quote which seemed very fair. It was reassuring that there were no 'special offers' that day! The work has today been completed around five weeks later, and over the last four days I have met some of the team. To a man, they are all professional, knowledgeable and engaging, and courteous and polite. Every worker has been highly respective of our property and has tidied up at the end of each day. They have worked in atrocious conditions but there has been no mess. As a customer you feel valued with regular updates and discussion around ideas. Our fitters were Mick and Nigel and they are fabulous ambassadors for the company. They arrive at the time agreed and work hard with only a short break for lunch. Their work is immaculate and they go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. For the last couple of days, we have had Nick (engineer) on site as we required two lintels. He too is a credit to Envy and was meticulous and very much customer focused. In spite of heavy rain, he offered to secure and repair a botch job (local bathroom supplier) around a waste pipe, which he didn't need to do. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. If you are considering new windows/doors etc., I would urge you to contact Envy Windows. A big thank you to them.

Envy Windows provided exceptional service throughout the entire process, with no sales pressure, reasonable pricing, and excellent quality. We ordered two doors from them, which were promptly delivered and installed to very high standards. Although the doors required some adjustments after the initial installation, the Envy Windows team was quick to return the following day at 7AM to resolve the issue. Overall, I highly recommend Envy Windows for their top-notch service and products.

We have just had our windows done last week and cant recommend this company enough. From start to finish all the staff couldnt do enough for us from sales department to the builder who bricked up 2windows for us. Then the fitting of the new windows to plastering up were the old windows were. All left our house very clean and tidy. I recently had my Bi fold doors removed and replaced with some Fench doors, a window and some brick work, also had a new front door fitted. I have to say it was an absolutely fantastic job, from initial dealings with Colin, to the fitters and other team members on the phone. Following the work I noticed a small blemish on the opening part of the window, within 24 hours it had been replaced, so also impressed with the aftersales service offered by envy.

Just had 15 uvpc windows supplied and fitted by Envy. Brilliant polite and courteous service from start to finish. Andy was brilliant with the quotation , the surveyor was very good measuring up and the two fitters Mick and Mat were exceptional. All done in 3 days it is very rare that you get service as good as this. Nothing was too much trouble highly recommend on my experience thanks boys.
