I would not bother coming here for a pedicure, nail tech checked her watch constantly rushed through my treatment didn't shape my nails and the gel polish is honestly shocking I've come away with messy nails that I honestly could have done my self at home the application is bumpy and has dents from where the UV lamp was knocked over my toes. So disappointing.

I have been going to envy for a few years now, the lady who did my nails put the acrylic on too runny and it leaked all over the back of every single nail, i assumed she was new and would fix them as we all need to start somewhere . She began to get the acrylic which had fell down the back of my nails and cured, however every finger was still stuck to my skin and she proceeded to paint them. I asked her 4 times if she could fix them she would then she would say something to another member of staff and the other member said “customer service” all i can assume was she was pretending i was being a pain. I also asked for nude base which she put on nude with glitter in and said the glitter wouldn’t show up which it has. I rang before hand and they said £30 then when coming to pay said £35. I don’t mind paying the extra £5 but when you have awful service i would rather not. Wouldn’t bother going here anymore as i’m sure there’s many other better nails shops in birmingham. nails are always good but the only down fall is the prices i think they charge way to much for nails! none of them no the prices they are always asking all the other staff for the prices. white tips are 30£!!! very terrible

Hi my name is Ayesha I was in store Tuesday 26th April 2022 and had rang before coming, I start off by saying staff are lovely, customer service is fantastic, shape n length of my nails are spot on, my reasoning for only 3 stars is because 15 hours later nails have so many air bubbles in them that they look dirty, which is disappointing, very upset, I've never had any nails I've had done look like this.
