I started at Envy 5 years ago and I attend the hoop and silks classes there. I attend classes all over Essex but these remain my favourite. I just love the way the instructors listen and adapt lessons suited to level and ability, always keeping it safe and fun. The girls are so supportive and you get that real team vibe with lots of laughs. I personally have been working with a previous injury and feel I was always thought of in lesson planning which has been wonderful to be able to carry on. Having started a beginner and now being advanced I can highly recommend this studio for all levels.

I’ve been going to envy since 2016 and trained in both silks and hoop. I’ve been to a few studios previously and since but none compare to the people Envy. All the instructors are very professional, friendly and supportive. I’ve made friends for life at Envy and I’d recommend anyone to give it a go - they cater for beginners to advanced and our wellbeing and safety is always important to them. It’s a very inclusive and supportive group where I never feel silly or awkward.
