bad experience on Amazon. I bought a toy for my niece. When It arrived the were more charges for the parcel to be delivered. When I questioned the seller they replied they replied it was my responsibility. Even if I already paid delivery fees on Amazon and there was no mention of extra fees.

Terrible! They sent me a product that was not what I ordered and then tried to blame me for their error. Other parents wrote the same review of getting the wrong product. Never once did the apologize. Would not recommend at all. To send product back to them costs more than the product itself why chance it!
