Great product (ID1500 - Degreaser) but unfortunately appalling customer service and price variation. 05/06/18 In response to the below post from Envirozest, I chose not to air my grievances with the above company, as it is most unprofessional. Instead I chose to not go into the details of the incredibly poor service I received, along with the constant barrage of lies. However, due to your reply, I feel it is only fare that I point out a couple of issues I have had with yourselves. You state your prices have not changed over 7 years - there goes another little porky pie .., and proof can be shown. You cold call your customers on the proviso that if goods are ordered, you will send out hampers, to the point, you even ask what wine the customer would like. You then do your usual and do not follow up your words with actions!! Furthermore, on at least three occasions, you have cold called yet again, promising that if an order is placed, you will send out Marks and Spencers vouchers as a thank you. Yet again, another lie! All I can say to you is please don't lie, it is not becoming and incredibly unprofessional .., and may I wish you all the best in your future business .., as you are certainly going to need it!
