The installation was handled by Ben who was very professional and more importantly, left the house cleaner than when he arrived. All in all a great experience, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Envirostoves was recommended to be by a friend and I gave them a call to enquire about a log burning stove. Spoke to a man on the phone who was hugely knowledgeable and really helpful. He gave some great advice and there was no sales pressure whatsoever. He advised that if I could, to pop down and have a look. I travelled from Bristol the following day where I spoke to Gabriel, who again was very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. I bought an Aspect 4 there and then based on their advice on a few Stoves to suit my needs. They were by far the most competitively priced and would absolutely would recommend them. Thank you!

First class experience. After being given ridiculous quotes by another company I decided to pay Envirostoves a visit. The information and guidance I received from both Gary and Gabriel was excellent. No upselling or pushy sales patter - they listened to our needs, gave us options, and made recommendations. Based on their advice we chose a stove and booked the installation. The installers were fantastic - clean, considerate, tidy. They did an excellent job and provided some excellent advice on the first burn, vent operation and fuel economy. 3 months after installation we used the stove for the first time last night. Amazing!
