Contacted Jon early on a Sunday morning as I thought that I could hear a rat scratching in the loft. Jon came out the same day and inspected the loft space. He quickly found a dead starling under the loft insulation. The dead bird was bagged and removed from the loft. His fee for this service was more than reasonable. Highly recommend.
