3 young men came out from ESM to remove my kitchen ceiling . They were polite , friendly and professional. I was amazed to see them cover my whole kitchen in plastic, including img the floor. They erected a cubicle to keep everything safe. They did a great job and kept me informed each step of the way. Once they had removed the ceiling, they left the place spotless, hoovering and mopping the floors. Apart from now having no ceiling , you would never have known they had been there. Definitely a 5* rating
