Been called them left voice messages, emails and no response from them about 2 months now , Can you explain why ? When we asked you to come over and view property this was not made at all and we have small children age 5 and 3 and the EH is just not done nothing , not even send landlord notice to repair mould and fix damp in property where is structure of building problem not us , shocking that our money are going for waste and our requests are ignored, my son was diagnosed with asthma , no one care, they will say clean and make room fresh and pay money to landlord , don't ask stupid questions , but where is the law ? Where is duty to help dealing with problem ? NO ONE DESERVE THE SERVICE LIKE THAT !
