EDS have recently completed quite a complex refashioning of our drainage system with demolition of old installations and insertion of modern compliant systems; and all in our back garden. The whole experience was customer focussed from planning, correspondence, availability and the workmanship of the team that did the digging! EDS installed a Klargester biodisc system at my mum's house in 2003. The work was carried out professionally and efficiently. All we have needed to do since is empty it and check it over. In 2021 we invited EDS back to do a condition and compliance report which was also handled very well. This is an excellent company.

I’m so pleased I didn’t read the previous review because I would have lost out on a truly professional job! Switching from a Septic Tank to mains Drains I had to conform to the ‘General Binding Rules’ in order to sell my property. Selling under ‘Covid restrictions’ has been terribly stressful but ‘EDS’ lessened that stress with their calm and totally professional approach. I, along with my very supportive neighbour cannot believe how they did such a good job. I’m so thrilled at the way they left my top garden and field. The two chaps ‘W & R’ were so kind and respectful (again Covid) I have never left a review before but this was so important to me that EDS get the credit they TRULY DESERVE. Thanks to you all.

Avoid at all cost. No checking datum levels, no soil test check, no measuring tape, no note pad, for a soil engineering situation, how do you provide expert design without checking detail information on site. Came highly recommended via Kingspan/ Klargester. Quoted, the back tracked, a sorry John email from owner. Have wasted time effort and caused frustration. Owner of business can not be bothered to return phone calls. What a shambolic company.
